The Defensive Bear Coordinator buys Highland Park Home

The defensive coordinator of Chicago Bears, Dennis Allen, and his wife, Alisson, last spring, paid $ 3.95 million for a newly built contemporary style manor in Highland Park.
Allen, 52, was the head coach of the Oakland Raiders, then the Saints of New Orleans before the Bears hired him in January as the team’s defensive coordinator. He replaced Eric Washington, who was not selected after a year at work.
In Highland Park, the new Allens house has more than 9,000 square feet of space and is on more than one acre. The features include six complete bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, arched ceilings and door openings, a two -story entrance, a linear gas chimney with two -sided with a Venetian plaster finish, eight -inch white oak floors, quartzite meters, one for two staircases, a range with two pockets with two pockets, a range with two fuel. Two chickens, a picatou of fuel with two side side at the bass at zero to two secondary seats with two Picardes with BysoLo-By Dish dishwasher, an oven with 30 inch wolf speed, a personalized metal cover and double rounded islands with details of fluted white oak.
The other features include 12 -foot sliding doors, ravine views, a three -car garage and a lower level with a games room, a bar, a gym depressed and a theater.
Alissa McNicholas of Compass represented the allens in their purchase. She refused to comment.
