The county resident tears San Diego for having treated him “like a tourist” – San Diego Union -Tribune

Re “San Diego approves parking costs for Balboa Park, but delays the start date for several months” (September 15): due to a lot of mismanagement of the leaders of the city of San Diego, they must again withdraw more money from the pockets of citizens. As many others live in neighboring cities, I spend a lot of time and money in San Diego, but the city treats me like a tourist by giving breaks to its residents but not to residents of the county.
I would like to suggest that all of us outside the city, as well as the city’s residents, are starting to avoid city accessories and to visit and support all the more convivial cities adjacent to San Diego. We will all save money, and perhaps the city will see the error of its tracks – both its problems of mismanagement and its monetary seizure of parking costs.
