Man United is clear about their interest in Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba, although reporting it will be easier to say than to do. An agreement seems difficult to achieve in 2025, but it is not impossible.
Earlier this week, it was reported that Man United is ready to go from Baleba after Brighton’s strong position on their player. The Old Trafford Club cannot afford to spend big due to having already brought Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and Benjamin Sesko for 200 million pounds sterling and without money.
However, there is a chance that Baleba can be revisited later this month, but only in certain circumstances.
Man United must sell before Carlos Baleba can be signed
According to the initiate of football, Pete O’Rourke revealed that Man United could afford to sign Baleba this summer if they made a certain number of sales in the coming weeks.
“United has already contacted the intermediaries to see if there is a chance that an agreement can occur. With expenses, the price, it seems difficult to do, and so that United has the chance to do so, they need to sell certain players.
“They came out and spent big on these three new attackers, but they sold any of the” Bomb Squad “. Marcus Rashford was loaned, but Garnacho, Antony, Jadon Sancho are still there, so United must bring funds if they have to take more steps on the transfer market.”
It remains to be seen if Man United is able to unload tastes of Garnacho, Sancho and Antony, but since it could lead to Baleba to be brought to Old Trafford, there will be even more desperately to remove them from the books.
