This label is too wide to allow reliable inference as to what it means. Some believe that there will be a plea agreement which will be formalized at the hearing. It is possible, but “the trial hearing” does not transmit it clearly.
It could be (and this is only one example) that there is an unresolved question of evidence that the judge decided to address an autonomous hearing before the start of the trial.
Be that as it may, the clock turns on the question of whether Addison can solve this problem before it appears at the Minnesota training camp. Now is the time to resolve this thing.
