The Cubs of Chicago who launch the Prospect Brandon Birdsell will undergo an end -of -season operation on his right elbow.
Deputy Managing Director Jared Banner confirmed the news on Tuesday. Birdsell will undergo the procedure with Dr. Keith Meister in Arlington, Texas.
