The team behind Alien resident is still in the process of reconciling with the end of the science fiction program after its cancellation was revealed halfway through season four.
Before Alien resident ‘S season four final broadcast on August 8 on USA Network and Syfy, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed Thursday that the series was canceled. Alan Tudyk, Sara Tomko, Corey Reynolds and Alice Wetterlund are among the project stars that focuses on Harry (Tudyk), an extraterrestrial who lands on earth and assumes the identity of a small town doctor while developing a condition for the Mankind.
“It’s soft-amer,” explains Reynolds THR During a video interview with the San Diego Comic-Con show team. “We are all grateful for this opportunity. With what we know about what happens in the narration [in] These last three episodes, it creates the perfect environment for someone to enter and watch our show from top to bottom and get a full meal, all. “”
The actor continues: “When you like something, you never want to let him go. We all bring a huge amount of love for this project, for the people we work with, for the people for whom we work. And so it’s always difficult to let go. It’s difficult. I was not ready. I’m still not ready. “
Chris Sheridan explains to THR That he had seen “The Writing On The Wall” before working on season four concerning that it was probably the final race of the series.
“When myself and the rest of the writers were out of the season, we had this in mind,” he said. “We wanted to give the series an end. So, when I arrived in the season, I said to the actors:” I think it’s probably the last season, so like it. “”
Sheridan reveals that the team has known “special and sad days” while doing the four season by assuming that the show would say goodbye. “Seeing this may be disappearing, feeling difficult,” he adds. “But also, it was much better than being at home after the season and receiving a call, and what you like was gone. We were able to cry with each other for a year and live through.”
