The independent production company, the end of Films & TV, has unveiled its next feature film, and it is a creative collaboration with Steven Cree, known for its roles in Outland And Heads of state. The film, Ben and Lucy, Written by and with Cree, will be produced by Cora Bissett (The singer, I would like to talk to the manager, Pricck).
Located in Glasgow, the film follows the average age actor and the alcoholic in recovery Ben and her distant daughter Lucy, a student in art disturbance, who falls into the same models of dependence. “Well is desperate to show Lucy that he has changed and is no longer the unreliable father that he was once” reads a description of the plot. “But Lucy’s self -destruction path leads them to both confront their pain and see how they can stop the ravage cycle haunting them both.”
