Many like to say that the MCU is done and will never return to the almost absolute domination it had on the entertainment industry throughout the 2010s. It is quite possible that the best days of the franchise are behind, but that does not mean that it is “finished”. Indeed, MCU’s films and television shows still receive solid critical scores and decent box-office features; In fact, only five projects within the MCU umbrella received failing scores in the rotten tomato the popular revision aggregator.

These rotten scores have to do with far too many variables, but we can all agree that these three films and two television shows are not exactly entertainment perfection. However, this does not mean that they are absolute garbage-well, maybe some are, but even cinematographic waste can be pleasant. This list will classify each movie and rotten television of the MCU according to the quantity of fans who will want to see them again for any reason. At least one of these projects is actually solid, especially if we already knew it, so the rotten score seems even more strange with the hindsight.

Netflix Marvel’s emissions are a strange group. They stand out like a sore thumb, especially now that they are technically folded in the largest MCU, and not always for the right reasons. However, while Daredevil,, Jessica JonesAnd Luke cage are well received with strong bases of fans behind them, poor Iron Always get the short end of the stick, rightly so. Find Jones Play Danny Rand, an expert in martial arts who can call on a mystical power known as Iron Fist.

Jones has received his fair share of criticism, but he is not half bad in the role. What is bad, however, is the spectacle around him. The best way to describe Iron is “inept ;; The first season seems and painfully feels amateur, more like an original YouTube than a prestige Netflix production. Season 2 was an improvement, but always poor, something that each criticism and Fan highlighted in 2018. The reputation of the show is quite weak, and the chances that Jones returns to this role in the MCU is thin for nothing, even if many say that it has been dirty and deserves another blow with better equipment. So, There is really no reason to see again IronUnless you are one of those who really liked it, in which case, no more power for you.

After years to play everyone, the favorite spy, Samuel L. Jackson Finally took the front of the stage in what was supposed to be his large McU showcase. Secret invasion Supposedly adapts the emblematic scenario of Marvel Comics, and a prestigious casting is joined to Jackson, including return faces as Ben Mendelsohn And Smulders cobiaand new distribution members such as Emilia Clarke,, Kingsley Ben-DirAnd Olivia Colman.

The prospect of seeing the emblematic Secret invasion The scenario adapted in six hours of prestige television was simply irresistible, and everyone was looking forward to the series, which promised to bring the grainy and espionage tone introduced into Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Alas, that’s all for nothing. Few MCU films or emissions have been as disappointing as Secret invasionIf necessary. Indeed, this erroneous effort could very well be The most frustrating of the franchiseWashabating a stellar cast, a legendary scenario and the anticipation of fans with a lazy and absurd plot leading to one of the most infamous ends of modern television. The show had a notoriously troubled production, and we could all say it on the basis of the result.

“Ant-man and the wasp: Quantumania” (2023)

Directed by Peyton Reed

Paul Rudd as Scott Lang to Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023)

The current state of the MCU, where fans no longer trust the franchise, can be retraced Ant-man and the wasp: Quantumania. THE Paul Rudd-The Starring series have always been considered a gentle but largely impressive part of the largest MCU; Even the other characters treated Scott Lang de Rudd as a joke in the Grand Crossover Avengers: end of game. Thus, the news that Marvel’s Next Big Bad, Kang the Conqueror (Majors Jonathan), would make his debut in the third film by Ant-Man raised more than a few million eyebrows.

Just say that the bet has not borne fruit. Quantaeania is too silly to take seriouslyTreating just like a joke and making kang looks a little more than a little one. Of course, the many real controversies of majors have actually removed it from the MCU, so rendering Quantaeania unnecessary. The film’s seat was to create Kang as Thanos of the Multative saga. With these plans through the window and the majors that effectively personalize non-grata in the MCU, this clumsy and ultimately ineffective film is preferable in the quantum field. Rudd is always very charming, and Michelle Pfeiffer Do a lot to classify this mess, so maybe the film can bring pleasure to the fans of these two big actors.

“Captain America: Brave New World” (2025)

Directed by Julius Onah

Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) deserved a better film for his big beginnings as Captain America. Now it’s not like Captain America: Brave New World is a terrible film, but it’s not precisely good either. He sees Wilson investigating an attempt at President Thadeus “Thunderbolt” Ross’ (Harrison Ford) Life, bringing him back to a villain of Hulk, of all things. The main problem with Brave New World is that it is confused; He doesn’t know what he wants to be.

The revelation of Hulk Red was spoiled in the trailers, but the film always treats it like a big touch that will take you by surprise … But, as, how? Red Hulk was glued all over the marketing campaign! The whole plot depends on this revelation, which is ridiculously inept. And yet, There is a lot to appreciate Brave New World. Mackie is reliably like Wilson, from her physique to her moral compass to her dynamic with Danny Ramirez‘S Joaquin Torres. In addition, Ford is an emotional anchor surprisingly effective and the biggest Carl Lumble Flies the show roughly with its limited time but impacting on the screen. Did Brave New World deserve your rotten score? Honestly, yes, but that does not mean that this particular tomato is too rotten to eat. In fact, you may want to taste it again several times, if only because the bitter parts do not completely spoil the sweet.

“Eternal” (2021)

Directed by Chloé Zhao

Of all the mcU rotten projects, the only one who did not deserve it is ChloĂ© Zhao‘s Ethernals. Featuring a set led by Gemma Chan And Richard MaddenIncluding the Oscars winner Angelina Jolie and nominated at the Oscars Salma Hayek And Barry KeoghanThe film tells the long life of the titular characters, the celestial creations sent to Earth to protect it from the evil deviants.

Of course, the film is slower, quieter and less full of action than most Marvel’s efforts. However, Ethernals is a breath of fresh air in a franchise that is so often afraid of risk taking. The cast is the game, the visual language is distinct and Ramin DjawadiThe score could well be the best piece of music in the MCU after the Avengers theme. The film has a huge antagonist problem, but the bad guys have never been the strong costume of the MCU, and the third act leaves much to be desired. Again, Ethernals is an addition worthy to the long series; It is Lots of ideas and dares to make large narrative oscillations. This does not stick landing, but sometimes effort is what matters. In addition, if Thor: the dark world get a fresh tomato, so should Ethernals. He would not be surprising if you found yourself to want to see him again More than once.
