The Los Angeles Dodgers lost against the Cleveland Guardians on Wednesday after a brutal collapse of the eighth round.
Behind the shine of Clayton Kershaw on the mound, the dodgers finished the seventh round with a 4-2 lead. However, the enclosure of the lifts granted five points to the eighth while the Guardians gathered for a 7-4 victory.

Martinez succeeded two strokes, including the Home Run of the green light. Nolan Jones, Jose Ramirez and Carlos Santana each had three shots in victory.
Wednesday’s defeat refused Kershaw his 213rd victory, despite a career race in five rounds. At the other end, the star of the Dodgers Shohei Ohtani went 0 for 3 with a walk against Cleveland.
Ohtani leads the MLB with 20 circuits and had struck one in each of the three previous games of the Dodgers.
The defeat brought the champions in title of the World Series to 34-22. Los Angeles was about to sweep the series against Cleveland before Tuesday’s defeat.
Despite the defeat, the Dodgers still lead the West National League. Cleveland improved at 30-25 to stay second in the Central.
The Dodgers are now faced with a revenge match of the World Series against New York Yankees, who run the Al East with a 34-20 file.
