An analysis by McKinsey 2021 revealed that American leaders in the customer experience has achieved more than double income growth of their peers less focused on the customer. As the authors write, “the strategies focused on the pleasure of customers allow companies to gain greater value of their current customers, which leads to concrete financial results”.
