At least 27 people died in serious floods in certain parts of the center of Texas.
The first speakers are looking for more survivors, including 27 summer campers in Kerrville, Texas.
The National Weather Service today provides more rain and excessive floods.
The Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, says that the state will work day and night to find people who can be blocked and unable to call for help.
