Major WWE Star Injured; from upcoming events

There was an unfortunate update regarding a popular WWE Superstar today. The veteran suffered an injury and will not be able to continue the promotional tour.
According to a new report from Combative selectionMichin (Mia Yim) suffered a shoulder injury and was pulled from the WWE tour. The veteran faced Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Title at a live event in Pittsburgh on December 27, but was unsuccessful in winning the title. The report states that Michin will be replaced in her matches with Cargill for the remainder of the tour.
Thanks for the submission!
The 36-year-old shared a cryptic update on Instagram earlier this week and noted that her holiday tour would be ending early. Michin never won a title during his tenure with the company. Chelsea Green defeated her to become the first United States women’s champion in December 2024.
Green has since won the title for a second time and is the reigning SmackDown United States Champion. Jade Cargill turned heel earlier this year and defeated Tiffany Stratton in the Saturday Night Main Event on November 1 to become the WWE Women’s Champion.
Michin sends a message before WWE SmackDown
Michin sent a message ahead of this week’s edition of SmackDown and outlined his goals for next year.
The veteran took to social media today to point out that 2025 was a rollercoaster, but that she was looking forward to next year. Yim shared that she has a lot of goals to accomplish in 2026, and you can check out her message in the post below.
“2025 has been a roller coaster, but I’m ready to take on 2026 with more and more! Lots of goals and achievements to achieve!” she wrote.
Jade Cargill sent a warning to the locker room today and suggested that no one on the roster could stop her. It will be interesting to see how much time Yim misses in the future and if 2026 will be a better year for the popular star.
