‘Teen Wolf’ Stalks New Streaming Home Just After Thanksgiving Weekend

For the first time in ten years, Teenage Wolf is making its comeback at the full moon on Netflix in the United States. After teasing fans on social media over the bank holiday weekend, Netflix has officially confirmed that all six seasons – 100 full episodes – will return to the platform on December 1st. This is a major change for a nomadic series since it left Netflix US in 2015. Over the past decade, Teenage Wolf bounced between streamers like Hulu and Prime Video domestically, while internationally the situation was slightly more stable: Netflix released the series in dozens of countries throughout the 2010s, adding seasons 1 and 2 in 2016 and the final season in 2017. These regions held on to the complete series for six years until everything was removed globally in June 2023.
Teenage Wolf initially begins with high school loser Scott McCall, whose normal life becomes a little more lupine when he is bitten by a mysterious creature in the woods just before his sophomore year. The bite turns him into a werewolf, giving him heightened senses, superhuman strength, and mood swings that should make him far less popular than he ultimately will be.
As Scott struggles to balance lacrosse, a crush, and friendship with the ever-enthusiastic Stiles, he is drawn deeper into the supernatural underworld of Beacon Hills – a town that seems cursed to attract hunters, monsters, and paranormal disasters. Each season raises the stakes, forcing Scott to decide what kind of person – and what kind of alpha – he wants to become.
