Ted Lasso’s Nick Mohammed on Potential Season 4 Return

Season 4 of Ted Lasso see the return of “The Wonder Kid”? Nick Mohammed certainly won’t say it.

After Jason Sudeikis and several co-stars jumped the pond to begin production on the Kansas City-based fourth season of the 13-time Emmy Award-winning series, the actor who plays former AFC Richmond assistant coach Nate Shelley played coy about whether he would join them.

“I think taking an oath of secrecy is about right,” Mohammed told Collider. “Look, I know it’s a completely different set of characters. I can’t even talk about it without giving anything away! We’ll have to see. We’ll have to see who appears where and when. But I know they’re filming it now, and I’ve been socializing with all of them. They’re all doing great, so we’ll see what happens.”

In January, Mohammed said he had to postpone some comedy tour dates “for some shoots I couldn’t change for the love of money”, before putting a tour on hold. Ted Lasso sustain.

Filming began in Kansas City in July for season 4, with co-creator/executive producer Sudeikis reuniting Juno Temple, Brendan Hunt, Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein and Jeremy Swift. Production is then expected to return to London.

According to the official season 4 diary, Ted (Sudeikis) returns to Richmond to take on his biggest challenge yet: coaching a second division women’s soccer team. Throughout the season, Ted and the team learn to leap before they look, taking risks they never imagined.
