Téa Leoni and Tim Daly are married.
The two stars married in New York during an intimate ceremony, assisted only by an immediate family, confirmed the representative of the actress to people.
Daly, 69, and Leoni, 59, met for the first time in 2014 on the set of their CBS series Madame Secretary. They played her husband and wife Elizabeth and Henry McCord in the political drama, which was broadcast for six seasons from September 2014 to December 2019.
In December 2014, people confirmed that the pair has been going out quietly since the summer of the same year. Leoni had been spotted in Daly’s performance Red At the Dorset Theater of Vermont on the weekend of July 4.
Their relationship came while Leoni officially divorced her 17 -year -old husband, actor David Duchovny in August 2014.

The new couple made their debut on the red carpet at the dinner of the White House correspondents in Washington, DC, in April 2015. They were joined during the event by the veteran journalist Bob Schieffer and the former secretary of state Madeleine Albright, and the quartet sat together at dinner and posed photos as a group.
During the event, Daly joked at Bloomberg TV, “we are going to be a hot table”, referring to her famous dates for the evening.
Schieffer sounded to share how the four came to connect for the evening.
“I called Téa and said,” How would you like to come? ” He recalls. “And I said, you know, we would be delighted to have Tim take you.”
Days after the event, Leoni and Daly Madame Secretary Costar Geoffrey Arend told people that the couple’s out -screen romance was even a surprise for the distribution of the show.

Arend then shared his approval of the relationship, saying to people at the time: “He couldn’t be a nicer guy. Tim is the best – they are really good together.”
