TE Harold Fannin Jr. and QB Dillon Gabriel added to injury report Friday and are questionable
CLEVELAND, Ohio — Tight end Harold Fannin Jr. (groin) and quarterback Dillon Gabriel (shoulder) were both added to the injury report Friday and are among six Browns players questionable for Sunday’s Steelers game.
Fannin and Gabriel were both injured Friday and both have a 50-50 chance of playing.
Cornerback Myles Harden also left the field with an arm injury and that’s questionable. Other questionable players are defensive tackle Sam Kamara, Dylan Sampson and Wyatt Teller.
Two players were ruled out: tight end David Njoku (knee) and linebacker Winston Reid (back).
Fannin is Shedeur Sanders’ go-to guy, and he will be missed terribly if he’s not here. With Njoku out, the Browns should rely on Blake Whiteheart and Brenden Bates.
With Gabriel ill, the Browns will elevate quarterback Bailey Zappe from the practice squad and make him available to play.
