“I play a lot of very controversial characters and I think a lot of people think they know me, but they don’t,” she said. “So when people think, ‘Ah, she’s a sex symbol’ or ‘She’s leaning into that,’ I’m like, ‘No, I just feel good, I’m doing it for me and I feel strong.'”
She continued, “And I hope I can inspire other women to be confident and flaunt what they have and feel good about themselves because you shouldn’t have to apologize or hide or cover up in any room.”
And as she confidently moves into the next phase of her career, Sydney is giving a lot of thought to the roles she’ll take on in Hollywood. In fact, she even sparked rumors that she would play a Bond girl in a new 007 film, but is that planned for her?
“I can’t,” she said. “I don’t know.”
