De Bruyne makes Haaland’s complaint upwards after the campaign of the Hojlund Champions League
Kevin de Bruyne described Rasmus Hojlund as “quite similar” to the former teammate of Manchester City, Erling Haaland, after his 2-1 league victory from Napoli to Lisbon de Napoli.
Hojlund joined Napoli on loan from Manchester United after failing to solve the enormous pressure exerted on his shoulders at Old Trafford.

Haaland scored 135 goals in 154 games for City. As such, the comparison between him and Hojlund will probably raise a lot of eyebrows.
But no doubt, no one is better placed to do it than Bruyne, with whom Hojlund likes to play.
“Kevin is a legend of sport,” said Hojlund. “For me, it’s just every time he has the ball, find space. I’m so grateful to play with a player like this.”
De Bruyne now has 27 assists in the Champions League, only taking up Ryan Giggs (41), Angel Di Maria (38), David Beckham (36) and Xavi (31) on the list of all time for field environments.
His instrumental performance allowed Napoli bouncing their 2-0 defeat of the City League, which saw the return of the Etihad stadium in ruined Belgium when it was substituted in the first half after a red card for Giovanni Di Lorenzo.
Napoli welcomes Genoa on Sunday in his last match before the international break. Their Champions League campaign continues later this month at PSV Eindhoven.
