Star Trek: Discovery And Battlestar Galactica Both underused Rekha Sharma, eight years apart. Battlestar Galactica And Star Trek: Discovery are two of the best science fiction television shows of all time, and they both come to the kind of science fiction in different directions. Discovery is full of hope and ambitious, Battle is grainy and filled with rage.
THE Star Trek The casts have always been notable sets. Even the space teams not directed by William Shatner and Patrick Stewart are memorable. Discovery is led by Sonequa Martin-Green as Michael Burnham, science specialist who ultimately becomes the captain of Discovery through the 23rd and 32nd centuries.
However, Battlestar Galactica Has an almost memorable distribution, and in terms of science fiction television programs, its actors rank in the best lists. The series is led by Edward James Olmos in the role of William Adama, the ship commander. In particular, the two casts count Rekha Sharma among their actors.

Rekha Sharma plays Ellen Landry Star Trek: DiscoveryA recurring character of season 1 and a character invited in season 3. Commander Landry was a starfleet officer in the middle of the 18th century and the head of security on board the USS Discovery. It is a small role, but Sharma has memorable lines in the series.
In Battlestar GalacticaSharma plays Tory Foster, the personal assistant of President Laura Roslin (Mary McDonnell), replacing Billy Keikeya (Paul Campbell) after being shot in a hostage negotiation. A recurring character in seasons 2 to 4, Tory learns that she is one of the last five cylons.
In both series, Rekha Sharma is considerably underused. She is also a recurring character in both programs, so she could easily have received more time. Sharma has been one of many major shows, such as Yellow Jackets,, TransplantAnd Avatar: the last Airbender. It could easily have managed a larger part.
The Tory de Battlestar Galactica behaved better than Star Trek: Discovery’s Landry
As much as Rekha Sharma is underused in the two shows, at least his character is doing better in Battlestar Galactica And there remains a semi-important part of the show until his departure. In Star Trek: DiscoveryLandry is killed without ceremony by a late extraterrestrial that she nicknamed “to rip” when she tries to cope.
In Battlestar GalacticaTory is released by the revelation that it is a cylon and immediately aligns with the rebellious faction of the cylon. Tory is killed by Tyrol at the end of the series for his role in the death of the wife of Tyrol. This is not all that Sharma is capable, but at least it is an arc that gives him something.
