Strong possible storms in Alabama today: when and where is the greatest threat?

Friday, isolated severe storms are again planned for most of the Alabama.
The NOAA STORM prediction center presents a level 1 of 5 (marginal) risk of a violent time in place throughout Alabama, with the exception of the northwest corner and the immediate coast.
A level 1 risk means that isolated serious storms will be possible. The strongest of them could have gusts of wind up to 60 mph, high rain and lightning. Tornades are not expected.
The National Weather Service thinks that storms could appear at any time today, but will most likely be during the afternoon and evening.
There was also a level 1 risk for Alabama on Thursday, but there were few storms to speak.
Scattered rains and storms will be possible through Alabama throughout the weekend, and some could sometimes be intense, but no violent organized time is planned for the state beyond today.
