The directorial video of ‘Bhishmar’, directed by East Coast Vijayan, has been officially released. ‘Bhishmar’ is special as it brings together Dhyan Sreenivasan and Vishnu Unnikrishnan for the first time.For East Coast director Vijayan, ‘Bhishmar’ marks his second collaboration with Vishnu Unnikrishnan after ‘Kallanum Bhagavathiyum’. Divya Pillai plays an important role in the film, while Ammayra Goswami makes her debut as the female protagonist.
A strong supporting cast
“Bhishmar” features a large and impressive cast. Actors like Indrans, Unni Lalu, Shaju Sreedhar, Akhil Kavalayoor, Senthil Krishna, Jibin Gopinath, Vineeth Thattil, Santhosh Keezhattoor, Binu Thrikkakkara, Manikandan Achari, Abu Salim, Jayan Cherthala and Sohan Seenulal appear in key roles.
Music, story and technical team
‘Bhishmar’ is produced by East Coast Communications Private Limited and is the eighth film under the banner. The story is written by Ansaj Gopi. The cinematography is handled by RAMSH RAM, while Johnkutty handles the editing. The film contains four songs composed by Ranjin Raj and Ka Lathef, with lyrics by Harinrayanan BK, Santhosh Verma and om Karuvarakundudu.The film was entirely shot in and around Palakkad and completed in a single schedule of 42 days. Bhishmar is now in the post-production stage and overall, expectations are high for the film.On the other hand, Dhyan Sreenivasan’s recent performance was in Dileep starrer mass spoof film ‘Bha.Bha.Ba’. which is receiving decent reviews from the audience and has generated over Rs 10 crores in 2 days as per reports from website Sacnilk.
