A long-term fight between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford will take place on September 13 in Las Vegas and will be broadcast by Netflix, he was confirmed on Tuesday.
The financial terms have not been published, nor the place.
Combat promoters are of equal name value.

The fight is for the undisputed championship of average weights.
Alvarez (63-2-2, 39 KB) won his last fight last month, beating William Scull in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Since 2013, he has lost only once, but not in this weight class, dropping a light struggle of heavy goods vehicles against Dmitry Bivol in 2022.
Alvarez, from Mexico, will be 35 years next month.
Crawford (41-0, 31 ko), a 37-year-old Nebraskan is the unified Welter weight champion and the WBA medium junior weight champion.
The last left -wing fight occurred on August 3, 2024, when he beat Israil Madrimov for the WBA Junior Middle Weight title.
