England took a flawless start for the World Cup qualifications in 2026, and they now received an additional boost with the return of Jude Bellingham.
Bellingham, who is undoubtedly one of the star players in England, has only played in one of their five World Cup qualification games so far, which is 1-0 victory against Andorra in June. He has been out of service since mid-July, having undergone surgery on a shoulder injury that has been running him in Real Madrid for his first months.
Initially, the plan was for Bellingham, which was nominated for the Ballon d’Or 2025, to be released by three months, which would have meant a return in October. However, he recovered well before the scheduled date.
Real Madrid confirms Jude Bellingham Return
Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso appointed his match team for his Champions League opening match against Marseille on Tuesday, and included is Bellingham. The 22 -year -old received the medical green light to return to action for Liga giants, which means that he could be involved in the Santiago Bernabeu.
Despite this, it is unlikely that Bellingham be able to start the matches in the coming weeks, which also makes it difficult for him to be included in the team of Thomas Tuchel for the next games of Wales (friendly) and Latvia (qualifier of the World Cup). Real Madrid can also request that their player be left out to make sure that he is not likely another injury.
Bellingham’s key will be back to full shape in the coming weeks, and at the very least, it should be included in the England team for its last World Cup qualifications against Serbia and Albania in November.
