Fans of Tottenham Hotspur have not been the happiest with Daniel Levy in recent years, in the midst of a constant frustration of his lack of spending on the transfer market.
While the owner spent more than 700 million pounds sterling for new additions since the new stadium opened in 2020, many of which have failed to reduce the necessary note in the Premier League.
