25 million pounds sterling on the current market would be an excellent deal for Lilywhites, offering Frank the platform he needs to succeed in his first year at the northern London bar.
While Semenyo would be a superb signature, the need for additional defensive reinforcements will be necessary, especially if Romero leaves, the Belgian having the tools to fill all empty.
