Soham Desai has opened the newly introduced Bronco test and what it offers to Indian players.
Most recently, the BCCI introduced the Bronco test for Indian players, under the coach of S&C Adrian Le Roux – where athletes reach distances of 20, 40 and 60 meters. One set implies the three distances, and the players must finish five sets in six minutes. It is 1200 m rest.

Without going into details, the test helps to assess fitness and players’ endurance levels. While speaking of the Bronco test widely, and what goal it resolves for the team and each cricket player, Desai continued to speak of two bizarre athletes who put the very high reference. Siraj’s endurance was built over time
Soham said, “There are very few like Ravira Jadeja, who are born athletes, born runners. He is a monster. Likewise, Mrs. Dhoni is a monster, but in the spectrum of force. ” Going further, he continued to explain how Mohammed Siraj, who was not chosen for the Champions Trophy, built his endurance for the five tests in England, during this period.
“Siraj has played 5 test games (in England). The plan did not return when he landed in London. When he was not chosen for the Indian team for the Champions Trophy, there was a conversation with him. It was said to him, you might feel when it is a big setback, but when you play in England, you will remember that we had increased your capacity so you could have played 5 test games instead of 4.
“When a program is carried out, it is not as if we had a clear session tomorrow and a match day after tomorrow. We have to take a 360 -degree view. Take into account what happened in the last 3 weeks and what we have in place for the next 3. Where is the level of this player right now? And this is how the plan is developed.”
