“ Snl ” marks the first 100 days of Trump with an open cold usurpation of the multitude of decrees

“Saturday Night Live” returned this weekend and faced the first 100 days of President Donald Trump during the Cold Open.
In the sketch, James Austin Johnson, member of the distribution of “SNL”, resumed his popular imitation of Trump, appearing on a whole of the oval office alongside Mikey Day, who represented for the first time the deputy chief of the White House and the advisor of Trump, Stephen Miller.
The day Miller helped celebrate the 100 -day milestone by giving the president several decrees to sign, but not before Johnson as a Trump, he made sure to recognize the “executive projects” that he has already signed, including everything, of “the ban on paper straws to the financing of the PBS”.
Among the orders signed in the sketch, there was an order that day, because Miller said: “would make a man socially acceptable in the 1970s to this day of a 24-year-old man.”
“We call it Belichick’s law,” said Johnson as Trump, referring to the football coach of the Northern Carolina University and former director of Patriots in New England Bill Belichick and his relationship with Girlfriend Jordon Hudson, who is 48 years younger than him.
Day as Miller then introduced several other decrees for the president to sign, including an order that would facilitate the game of the New York Times and another order which “would prohibit ghosts”.
The last order, the day as Miller said: “Officially will shorten the word recession.”
“The recession will now be called” recreation “. Fun, right? Johnson as Trump said. “America, prepare for a historically long recreation!”
Marcello Hernandez, member of the cast of “SNL”, also appeared in The Cold Open, again representing Marco Rubio.
The creator and star of “Abbott Elementary” Quinta Brunson was the host of the episode alongside the musical guest Benson Boone.
“Saturday Night Live” is currently completing its 50th significant season, with two other episodes. Next week will see the star of “White Lotus” Walton Goggins as host, with Scarlett Johansson organizing the last episode of the season the weekend after.
