Margarita Lawyer – Outs at a budget

Let’s be honest: to completely avoid alcohol is a great way to save money, especially if you go out a lot in bars and restaurants. Although the cocktails are delicious, they are not a necessity and definitely fall into the “treat yourself” category. However, if you are looking for a unique adult drink at home that will not break the bank, try my refreshing lawyer! The lawyer in a cocktail may seem bizarre, but do not hit him until you try it! It was also the signing drink in my old restaurant, and it is perfect for Cinco de Mayo, summer barbecues or your next Taco on Tuesday!

All recipes are rigorously tested in our Nashville test kitchen to make sure they are easy, affordable and delicious.
Easy recipe for avocado margaritas
Prepare to experience an explosion of flavors like no other; This Margarita cocktail to the lawyer is really creamy, tangy and subtly sweet. I like to use plane bottles instead of buying an entire alcohol bottle – it’s a great way to save money if you don’t soak. Depending on the alcohol store, you can usually find a fairly good quality tequila in small quantities. This Margarita is full of flavor thanks to citrus zest, mature lawyer and fresh coriander, so buy a cheaper tequila will not be as visible, in terms of flavor. Or, you can leave the tequila completely and always enjoy a super satisfactory version!

This recipe works better in a Fixed blade mixer. I used a mixer with removable blades in the studio, and while it worked, I had to scratch the sides of the mixer often so that the blades grabbed the mixture.

How to take photos step by step from Margarita Avocat

Gather all your ingredients.

Gélézer the Avocado: Remove the flesh from ½ a lawyer and divide it into a quarter segments. Place the avocado districts in a zipped bag and freeze until it is solid. It can take about 1.5 to 2 hours for the avocado to freeze completely.
In fact, I had a whole lawyer today and I decided to freeze everything (I used ½ to make this recipe and saved the rest of the freezer). The gel keeps the lawyer pleasant and green, and I can use the other half for another lot of these margs or a smoothie to the lawyer in the future!

Citrus zest: Zest carefully 1 large orange navel and 1-2 files. I generally get approximately 1 tablespoon of zest from a large navel orange and 2 teaspoons of zest from a large lime. You need 2 teaspoons of orange zest and 2 tsp. Lime zest for this recipe (avoid joining the white marrow under the skin because it’s bitter … It’s just the colorful skin we want!)

Citrus juice: Once zesty, orange and lime juice. You need 1/3 cup of orange juice and 3 tablespoons of lime juice. I like to have a spare orange and lemon at hand in case my citrus fruits are not juicy enough.

Blend: Add ½ frozen avocado, 2 bottles of tequila plane, 1/3 cup of orange juice, 1 tea spoon

Mix until the mixture is smooth and does not have large pieces of avocado or ice.

Make the rim: Mix the 1 teaspoon of remaining orange, 2 teaspoons of lime zest and 1 teaspoon of salt in a small bowl.

Now press 2 rocky rocks in any remaining citrus juice. If you don’t have any juice left, use your finger to brush the rims with a little agave or honey.

Hit the glass rims in the zest and the salt mixture. The juice / agave on the rim will help him stay and make a delicious spicy garnish!

Serve: Pour your homemade lawyer margaritas into each glass. I had leftover coriander and lime slices, so I used them to garnish my glasses. Serve immediately and enjoy it!

- During my recipe tests, I found 1 large orange generally gives about 1 tablespoon of zest And 1 large lime gives about 2 tsp.. Zeste carefully! You just want the scented and colorful part of the lime and orange skin, not the white marrow below, which can be too bitter.
- Citrus at room temperature Release their juice much easier than the cold! Let your orange and your files sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before making juice. You can also Microwaves for about 20 seconds To reheat them if they are cold in the refrigerator.
- This recipe from Margarita to the lawyer can be made Tender; Just replace the tequila to an additional orange juice. If you are one of those people who think coriander has the taste of soap, You can use mint instead.
- Be sure to wash your orange, files and coriander Before using them, especially since you zest and mix.
- And above all, Make sure your lawyer is ripe! A mature avocado should give slightly when you gently press the skin.
Suggestion service
This creamy lawyer is designed to associate with a fun and flavorful spread! I love starting things with my tortilla crisps with air fryer – they are super crisp and perfect for picking up my copious black bean dip, which is creamy and full of protein. If you feel cheesy, our Queso Fundido is melting, sparkling and completely irresistible when associated with homemade tortilla chips. For something more generous, I think you will love our fajitas of chopped beef adapted to a budget, which are loaded with peppers and onions, or our enchiladas of sassy chicken.
