Sloane Stephens may not eat a racket at Roland -Garros this year, due to a foot injury she suffered in March, but that does not mean that the tennis star is seated at the French Open – her favorite tournament – entirely. No, the 32 -year -old man presents himself and presents himself on the clay as the most recent face of the TNT radio team!

“I promise to keep it as entertaining as I am on the ground,” she said in a Instagram post Earlier this month, announcing his role as a commentator.

Although her tennis schedule is slightly different when she rehabilitates her injury, a constant remains: ceiling light in time at the gymnasium to strengthen the force. For the moment, however, her goal remains squarely on her upper body, she explains to Health of women In the last episode of Strong asA series of fitness that explores the many facets of the inner and exterior strength.

“My current fitness goal is to get out of a boot and come back strong,” says Sloane. “My favorite movement in the gymnasium that makes me feel strong and autonomous is to make pull -ups.”

Fortunately, her signature “burnout” training, which she demos in the video above, includes a whole bunch! (She says that the move makes her feel “really cool” – like that should! If impressive people at the gymnasium with your traction skills are also on your bucket of buckets WhatUltimate traction plan here.)

Here is its complete body routine. For each Superset, Sloane performs 8 repetitions of the two movements, followed by a draw. She will repeat these three movements for a total of three laps before switching to the next super.

Superset 1 (3 sets in total)

  • Press-Down triceps: 8 repetitions

Superset 2 (3 sets in total or more if you feel spicy)

  • Press of the bench press: 8 repetitions, increasing the weight at each set

Feel a theme here with the pulls?! “If we end up doing 10 sets, we end up doing 10 pull-ups, and in the end, your arms feel like Jell-O-but it’s incredible,” she says.
