Simone Biles slams “sore loser” riley gains

The racing biles referred to the fifth place of sheaths at the 200 -meter freestyle with the athlete of the University of Pennsylvania Lia ThomasA trans woman, at the NCAA 2022 women’s swimming and diving championships.
Gaines publicly criticized the NCAA for allowing Thomas to participate in the field of women. She then testified before the congress on what, for her, constitutes equity in female sports and joined a dozen other university athletes to file a complaint in 2024 against the NCAA, alleging violations of their rights under the title IX.
In February 2025, the NCAA modified its policy to allow only athletes attributed to the birth of competing in female sports.
