Shawarma Houmous beef

Creamy houmous fitted with Shawarma seasoned beef!
ingredients
- 1 chopped beef book (or lamb, or turkey)
- 1 onion, in dice
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of Shawarma seasoning (link)
- 2 (15 ounces) cans (~ 3 cups) Chickpea, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 Tahini cup
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice (~ 1 lemon)
- salt to taste
For the Shawarma beef:

- Cook the chopped beef in a large skillet, separating it when it cooks, about 10 minutes, before emptying any excess fat.
- Add the onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes,
- Add the seasoning of the garlic and the shawarma, mix well and cook for a minute.
- Turn everything in a food processor adding as much water as necessary to obtain the desired consistency.
For the Shawarma beef:

Option: Add 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce with the seasoning.
Option: Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce with the seasoning.
Option: Serve with dice cucumbers.
Option: Serve with dice tomatoes.
Option: Serve with slices olives.
Option: Serve with pitas for recovery!
