The event of $ 9,000,000, co-canceled by the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour, witnessed solid land in the Scottish golfroom. The Genesis Scottish Open 2025 was a great chance for golfers to present their skills before the open championship as well.
Despite Rory McILroy’s game, his boyfriend Shane Lowry was not spotted in North Berwick. According to a press release published by the pro, he was busy playing in different golf sites such as Waterville and Adare Manor.
While chatting with the press, Shane Lowry said (quoted by Asap Sports):

While talking about playing in Scotland, Lowry added:
“I feel lucky that I am that – not on my door, but I can go to do it quite easily. I only played Scotland once in the past eight or ten years, then I went to Hoylake and I missed the cup. It did not work well.”
Shane Lowry will affect the championship open in a few days in a few days. His newspaper contains a 2019 gold page when the golfer won the Bordeaux jug. It was the same Portrush Royal, and Lowry surpassed the rest of the field.
The golfer titled the event with a margin of six strokes after four laps. Lowry put an end to the event with a total of 15 sous by 269 (Global 67-67-63-72).
