Shane Gillis Comedy ‘Renewed for season 3 in Netflic

Shane Gillis’ comedy series, “Tires”, was renewed for season 3 in Netflix, Variety learned.
The news comes a little less than a month after season 2, which was launched on Netflix on June 5. Gillis self -funded the first season of six episodes of “Tires”, with Netflix acquiring the show as part of an agreement that included him to obtain another special Streamer stand up.
Season 3 of “Tires” will be presented on Netflix in 2026. With Gillis, the casting includes Steven Gerben, Chris O’Connor, Kilah Fox and Stavros Halkias. The guest stars of season 2 included Andrew Schulz, Vince Vaughn, Thomas Haden Church, Ron White, Jon Lovitz, Veronika Slowikowska and Steph Tolev.
In the show, “Will (Gerben), the nervous heir and not qualified as a chain of automotive repair, tries to reverse his father’s affairs despite a constant torture of his cousin and now employed, Shane (Gillis)”, according to the official line.
During the second season of the series, Will and Shane dealt with the unexpected success of their great marketing idea.
Gillis and Gerben created the series with McKeever, with McKeever who was also a director. All three are also executive producers, with Gillis and McKeever, producing via Dad Sick Productions. Brandon James Executive Product via Rough House with Brian Stern and Kenneth Slotnick for Act Entertainment Media & Management as well as Becky Astphan.
Netflix published their first special special with Gillis, “Beautiful Dogs” in 2023. It turned out to be a success, reaching the 10 best charts in five countries and spending two weeks on the list of the 10 best United States.
