Service overview: Blue Jays at Guardians

The Blue Jays and Guardians will meet for a hot hot series from tonight – what team will emerge hot and which will come out cold on the other side?

The Guardians are 39-37 with a differential of -23 run, 25th in the MLB WRC + team at 89, 10th in Baseunning extends above the average at 1.2, fifth in defense at 3.9, 26th in the launcher leaving for 4.38 (only 4.11 since May 15, however), tenth in the Siera bull at 3.61.

The Blue Jays are 41-36 with a differential from Run -10, 12th in the MLB WRC + team at 105, 24th in Baserunning extends above the average at -2.8, first in defense at 22.4 (it is a crazy number), 17th to the launcher leaving for 4.08 and the second of Bullpen Siera at 3.27.

Blue Jays are a good team. They have not yet completely assembled, but this team is launching well, strikes well and plays the defense incredibly well. The Guardians will have to play their best baseball to win this series (and probably need to call Chase Delauter before Thursday evening).

Match:
First part, Tuesday 18:40 pm ESP: Eric Lauer, LHP, 3.63 Siera against Logan Allen, LHP, 5.01 Siera
Second match, Wednesday, 6:40 p.m. Hae: Max Scherzer, RHP, 6.76 Siera against Gavin Williams, RHP, 4.41 Siera
Third match, Thursday, 1:10 pm Hae: Kevin Gausman, RHP, 3.74 Siera vs Tanner Bibee, RHP, 4.11 Siera

The Guardians have five players who strike more than 100 WRC +: Jose Ramirez at 152 WRC +, Steven Kwan at 129 WRC +, Daniel Schneemann 106 WRC +and Kyle Manzardo 103 WRC +. The Blue Jays have seven: Vladimar Guerrero 135 WRC +, Addison Barger 128 WRC +, George Springer 126 WRC +, Alejandro Kirk 120 WRC +, Ernie Clement 115 WRC +, BO Bichette 115 WRC +, and Nathan Lukes 113 WRC +(Myles Straw is 78 WRC +).

Interestingly, Carlos Santana has had an 116 WRC + since May 1, and Nolan Jones has had an 116 WRC + since June 1. The team will need Los and Jones to help, and their “mashers”, David Fry, Lane Thomas and Angel Martinez – to present themselves in this series to obtain a serial victory. I would also really like to see the team call Chase Delauter for Thursday evening’s match to start a full -time concert full time from the right. We will see if I get what I want. Meanwhile, welcome Andres Gimenez again, one of my favorite players from Guardians from the past five years, and a big guy. I hope that his team loses, but he still feels the love of Cleveland fans (thank you for good memories and for Luis Ortiz, Josh Hartle and Michael Kennedy).
