According to Haft Sobh’s report, some time ago, a young girl filed a complaint against a famous actress by contacting the Tehran intelligence police. The 20-year-old said in her complaint: “I am a beginner actress and have been a theater student for a long time. I dreamed of being an actor until I met Mr. Film and TV Superstar through a work project.
He promised me and told me that he could present the work project to me. A few nights later, I got into his car under the pretense that he would take me on a path, but after driving some distance, he turned away and didn’t pay attention as I begged him to drop me off. Then he forcibly took me to his house, where he tied my hands and feet and raped me. »
With the filing of this complaint, legal proceedings were initiated and the case was referred to the Tehran Criminal Prosecution to handle the issue of kidnapping and was sent to the criminal court of a province in Tehran to handle the rape charge. With the completion of the investigation at the prosecutor’s office, given that the accused is a famous actress, the investigation into the kidnapping charge will continue at the Culture and Media Court.
Yesterday, the accused and the complainant appeared at the court’s investigation meeting and this meeting was held behind closed doors. At the end of the meeting, Mr. Aziz’s bail order was replaced with an arrest order, which he opposed.
Sharq reported: Former national football team player and film, serial and theater actor Pejman Jamshidi was today transferred to the quarantine section of Unit 3 of Ghazalhasar Prison with serious charges.
Unit 3 of Ghazal Hesar is the unit where those accused of murder and rape are held. Of course, several political prisoners, including those accused in the Ekbatan case, are also in this unit.
There is no information on the details of Mr. Jamshidi’s case.

He added: Following a complaint from a woman with a specific identity, a case was filed this morning at the Tehran Criminal Court and the accused was summoned to the 9th Investigation Branch.
The head of the Capital Information Center continued: According to the judgment of the judicial authority, an arrest warrant has been issued against the accused and he is currently being handed over to the judicial authority.
Namakshana said: In fact, the arrest of this accused was carried out by the judicial authority and the police had no role in this matter.
IRNA reported: One of the film’s producers implicitly confirmed the famous movie actor’s assault on a young girl, saying that this is not the first time, but the second time that the actor has complained about such a crime, and the previous time the case was resolved with the cooperation of the plaintiff’s lawyer and corruption.
Referring to the confirmation of the actor’s arrest, the film producer explained: This film actor already lured the complainant with money after this case, settled the complaint and returned to the film scene.
This producer told IRNA that this actor is finished and will never be able to return to this field.
According to this producer, following the actor’s voice change in his recent works and his visit to the doctor, the attending physician announced that his physical condition had worsened and said that his oral mucosa and sense of smell had completely disappeared.
This producer also recalled that the salary of this actor was between 5 and 10 billion tomans for three to four times.
