The countdown of the ODI Women’s World Cup of the ICC 2025 officially started, and the excitement is already being built. The 13th edition of the marquee event will be organized in India (official hosts) and Sri Lanka from September 30 to November 2, with eight teams in the running for the most prestigious crown of female cricket. India, chasing their very first World Cup title, was the first part to announce its team of 15 members for the tournament.
There could not be a better opportunity for the Harmanpreet Kaur team to end India for a world title. With matches that should be played in Indian places, women in blue will benefit from the advantage of house conditions in front of the packaged stadiums.
