Selectors to have trouble picking the goalkeeper between Dhruv Jurel-Jitesh Sharma for the Asian Cup
Asia Cup 2026: The combination of the India team looks like a large puzzle for the moment, where each position seems to have 3-4 authentic contenders.
The last time Jiteh Sharma, an explosive goalkeeper, played for India in T20is, he did not have the best races. In 9 games, he scored 100 points, with an average of 14. He was then ousted from the team in January 2024. But then, he was certainly in the running for a place in the team of the Asian 2025 Cup from India, after an IPL 2025 epic.
