Second football coach for Modesto young people arrested for accusations of juvenile pornography

A 32 -year -old football coach of Modesto was arrested this week for possession of sexual children’s abuse equipment, becoming the second coach of the same competitive football club to face such accusations this year. A 32 -year -old football coach of Modesto was arrested this week for possession of sexual children’s abuse equipment, becoming the second coach of the same competition football club to face such accusations this year.
Police announced the arrest of Efrain Aguayo Jr., 32, of Modesto, citing that several advice from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) helped the police to warn him.
The detectives searched the house of Aguayo Jr. and found several electronic devices which will undergo a forensic analysis, said the police service.
Aguayo Jr. was employed by Ajax United, a non -profit football organization that operates under the Modesto Youth Soccer Association.
Marcus Raposas, executive director of Mysa-Ajax United, said that his first reaction was “a little anger, but no more disappointment and that it is really discouraging to be honest with you”.
Raposas underlined the organization’s commitment to an in -depth verification of the history, explaining that each coach “is put live, live, which is a check of the history of the Ministry of Justice”.

After the arrest of Aguayo, the organization quickly contacted families to tackle the situation, he said.
“We check these people. This is an unhappy situation and a situation that we will always try to understand how, you know, we can improve in terms of, you know, what we could do better,” he said.
The arrest of Aguayo Jr. occurs for months after another Modesto youth football coach was arrested for possession and distribution of juvenile pornography.
NCMEC also helped the police to a cybertip which led to the arrest of Matthew Paez, 33, announced the police in July. According to the judicial archives, Paez is expected in court next week.
KCRA 3 learned that the two coaches were employed with Mysa-Ajax United during the same period, according to a former club coach.
The police reported that there is no evidence suggesting that players had been directly assigned in both cases.
The Modesto police service and the office of the County Prosecutor of Stanislaus have not yet responded to the investigations on these cases.
