Nix is obviously a very athletic and mobile quarterrier, as evidenced by his 430 yards on the ground and four touched on the ground last season, most of which came before week 12 when he was injured on the back.
I would agree with Payton, however; Yes, Nix can run, but Simmons missed the 3,775 yards by the pass (leading all the recruits) that he launched for year 1? Payton applauded Simmons respectfully, but inside, he was probably joyful because the comments gave him a little additional Babillard equipment before the opening of the season.
