Sean Mcvay from Rams tore the Plantaire fascia during the victory of week 2

Los Angeles – Sean Mcvay says he tore his plantar fascia while bringing Los Angeles Rams to the Victory on the Titans of Tennessee last Sunday.

Mcvay revealed his injury to the foot on Monday evening on his “Coach Mcvay Show” produced by the Rams. The youngest coach to win a Super Bowl did not say exactly when it happened, but he seemed to stop clumsily while moving to call for a time in the 33-19 victory.

“The foot is good,” said Mcvay. “I torn my plantar fascia, so yes. Well, it’s a good thing, because I guess it allows you to heal a little faster. But I was dramatic, lodging towards the end of the game, but the MRI confirmed that I had done it.

“The good news is that I’m not playing. I’m just on the sidelines to watch, so if I’m a little cool to add booty, then you will know why.”

The plantar fascia is a thick fabric that flows along the sole of the foot. Mcvay did not say if he would need to wear a walking boot while his injury heals.

Mcvay, 39, played a large receiver in Miami from Ohio. He was an active mobile coach during his nine seasons on the RAMS key line, often sprints to the referees for a conversation, or sometimes to the goal area for a celebration with his players.

The Rams (2-0) visit the defending champion of the Super Bowl Philadelphia on Sunday.
