Although this is not the best season for Martin Etcheverry, the Argentinian knows that he can intensify his game against an opponent without confidence and he will seek the same here by marking a big victory before the United States Open.
Auger-Aliassime will have to be coherent in service with the Canadian in difficulty in recent weeks to obtain a persistent success. Meanwhile, Martin Etcheverry will be aggressive during the second service and will exceed Auger-Aliassime in longer rally. The Canadian was not the most reliable in these types of matches and this should continue with the consistency of Martin Etcheverry who wins the day.
