Sean Combs Assaut de Singe’s trial sees most of the rejected complaints

Sean Combs will not have to face the major part of a sexual assault trial of Sara Rivers, who accused the musical magnate of having groped him when she was competing Make group 2.

The only remaining complaint against Combs alleges a violation of the law on the protection of violence motivated by New York, which covers sexual crimes, among others. A decision on the question of whether the complaint will be authorized to proceed will be published when a federal court of appeal determines whether a recent amendment to the law allowing to file prosecution for two years, even if the window in Sue had adopted is preempted by another New York law which provided a mechanism similar to the victims of sexual violence to pursue civil complaints.

In July, Combs was acquitted of sexual trafficking and accusations of racketeering, but found guilty of offenses related to prostitution under the Mann Act, which bear a maximum sentence of 10 years. He will be sentenced in October.
