Ruben Amorim insists that Manchester United does not have to sell to buy despite the persistent presence of the “squad bomb”

Ruben Amorim reiterated that the four remaining players of the “Squad Bomb” could still have a future in Manchester United, but admitted that the quartet currently at the club is “not good”.
Marcus Rashford joined Barcelona on loan, but Jadon Sancho, Alejandro Garnacho, Tyrell Malacia and Antony remain in Old Trafford and continue to train far from the group of the first team.
United has another 10 days in the transfer window to withdraw unwanted players from the wage bill and Amorim conceded that the current state is not healthy.
Speaking before Sunday’s trip to Fulham, the Portuguese said: “I know it’s not a good thing to have players in this situation, but it is clear that they want to play in another club.
“We are trying to organize everything so that the two parties are happy. I have to imagine training with the guys who, I think, will be the future, then the other guys train for the next chapter.”
Hope always for Sancho and Co in Manchester United
If Sancho, Garnacho, Malacia or Antony are still at the club on September 2, Amorim will examine the situation.
“When the window is closed, we have to receive the players and then a new life, anything can happen,” he added.
United signed Benjamin Sesko, Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and Diego Leon this summer, but Amorim said that other arrivals do not necessarily depend on the “ bombs ” ”.
“You will have to speak with [director of football] Jason [Wilcox]. We have a department that is responsible for this part, “he said.
“I just focus on performance on Sunday and to try to win the match.
“We are talking about every day. It is not an official meeting, but we are talking about all situations. We try to see each situation.
“It is not an idea that” these players will leave, then we will receive another player “. We don’t know what’s going to happen but we don’t expect to take someone to bring another player [in].
“One thing is not responsible for the other.
“The players you are talking about are not players who train with the group at that time.
“We have group training, so that will not affect much.”
Amorim impressed by Hojlund’s attitude
The arrival of SESKO has increased the speculation that Rasmus Hojlund will be sold this summer with AC Milan and Napoli would have been interested.
The Dane had a hard time making an impression in the Premier League, but is always very appreciated in Italy after a successful spell in Atalanta.
Amorim said about Hojlund: “[He has handled the transfer speculation] Like a professional player.
“Let’s see until the market is closed and everything is going to be clearer.”
United played well against Arsenal last weekend, but lost 1-0 and Amorim will take a team close to the full resistance to Craven Cottage with only Lisandro Martinez and Uss Mazraoui absent.
He refused to confirm, however, if Andre Onana will return to the goal after Altay Bayindir was preferred against the Gunners.
He said: “Onana is ready to play like last week, we will see in the game that will be a guardian.”
