Row K, new distributor, completes the senior team

Row K Entertainment, the new theatrical distribution company, fills its main team.
He appointed three senior executives – Mo Rhim will join the post of income director, Ben Carlson was appointed director of marketing, and Steve Garrett will serve as a distribution and acquisition manager.
This announcement comes shortly after rank K, which was supported by Media Capital Technologies, made two major acquisitions of the Toronto International Film Festival in 2025, where he launched. These included signature agreements for “Dead Man’s Wire” by Gus Van Sant with Bill Skarsgård, Dacre Montgomery, Cary Elwes, Myha’la, Colman Domingo and Al Paciino, as well as Tom Dean and Mac Eldridge “Charlie Harper” with Nick Robinson and Emilia Jones.
Rhim, Carlson and Garrett will work alongside the president of Row K, Megan Colligan, a veteran frame that had previously played leadership roles at Paramount and Imax.

Rhim was the founder and CEO of the Advisory College, a strategic consulting firm that helped companies, brands and creators in cinema, streaming and interactive media to develop new generation commercial models, marketing strategies and partnerships. Recently, she was director of the strategy at IMAX, where she directed initiatives to extend partnerships, content strategy and interactive theatrical experiences on theatrical, outside and home platforms. Previously, Rhim was the SVP of international digital marketing at Paramount Pictures, developing a strategy between versions and theatrical regions. Rhim began his career at Google as the first manager of the industry for the media and the entertainment of the company, where she established strategic partnerships with Netflix and Warner Bros.
Carlson is an expert in audience ideas and brand strategy, as executive vice-president and managing director of media, sports and entertainment at Marketcast. He previously founded Fizziology, a social media analysis company and a predictive public company acquired by Marketcast in 2017, and previously directed the brand strategy and creative innovation in Bradley and Montgomery.
Garrett was recently pleased, head of alternative and national distribution at IMAX, where he managed the activity of alternative content for the global network alongside national studio versions. Before Imax, Garrett spent 15 years at Paramount Pictures, reaching please and General Sales Manager after being responsible for sales for Paramount Vantage.
