“Real Housewives of Potomac” star Wendy Osefo and her husband, Edward “Eddie” Osefo, have been arrested on fraud charges, Page Six can confirm.

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office in Westminster, Maryland, told Page Six that the married couple was arrested Thursday but was in the process of being released after posting $50,000 bond each.

Wendy faces 15 total charges, including seven felonies of false/misleading information fraud over $300, seven misdemeanor counts of false/misleading information fraud over $300, and one misdemeanor charge of making a false statement to an officer, according to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office public information officer.

Eddie, for his part, faces 18 charges in total, including nine felonies of false/misleading information fraud over $300, eight misdemeanor counts of false/misleading information fraud over $300, and one misdemeanor charge of making a false statement to an agent.

Photos of the two were released on Friday, showing each of them with bright smiles during the booking.

They were dressed in matching gray T-shirts, which appeared to be prison attire. Wendy, 41, appeared makeup-free except for a few false eyelashes. She also sported a half-up, half-down outfit for the shoot.

The reality star joined “RHOP” in 2020 and she has also worked as a commentator on CNN. In addition to her television activities, Wendy has earned several academic degrees, including a Ph.D. in public affairs and community development. She also started a candle and lifestyle business called Onyi Home Essentials.

Page Six reached out to reps for Wendy, Eddie and “RHOP” but have yet to receive a response.

The Osefos’ arrests come shortly after another of Wendy’s co-stars got out of a tough legal situation.

In September, Page Six exclusively reported that “RHOP” star Karen Huger was released from prison after serving six months for driving under the influence.

The reality TV star – nicknamed the “Grande Dame” of Potomac – was convicted of drunk driving in December 2024 after wrecking her Maserati in a high-speed crash earlier in the year.

Police previously released body camera footage of Huger’s arrest, which at times showed her speaking incoherently, including referring to herself as Thomas Jefferson’s “concubine” during questioning.

Bravo cameras captured Huger’s comrades — including Wendy — reacting to his release from prison in the season 10 premiere, which aired earlier this month.

TMZ was the first to report the news of Wendy and Eddie’s arrest.
