Several major medical organizations continue the Secretary of Health, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and the Ministry of Health and Social Services on the actions they call a “public health emergency which requires legal action and immediate correction”.
The trial was filed Monday in the Massachusetts district court on Monday.

Dr. Jason Goldman, president of the American College of Physicians, said that adults who come to his practice were “hesitant” on vaccines.
“They no longer trust the system, and this is a direct impact on the health of our patients, because if they are not vaccinated, they can become more sick, they can eventually hospitalize or even die,” said Goldman during the briefing.
