In “NCIS: Tony & Ziva”, presented Thursday on Paramount +, two popular characters in the military procedure of CBS “NCIS”, were brought back after several years and received their own series. The combo of the fight against the crime of a naughty guy and a girl without frills is familiar with “Moonlighting” and “Castle”.
