Chris Wood scored twice and Dan Ndoye scored during his first League debut while Nottingham Forest beat Brentford during the opening match of the two games of the 2025/26 season at City Ground.
Strong Wood struck the second attempt in the fifth minute after a corner to continue where the New Zealand international stopped last season, after finishing 20 goals and three assists in 36 championship games.
