The first trailer for the next film remake Stephen King sees Glen Powell run for his life

The first trailer was revealed for The racing man. Directed by Edgar Wright, the dystopian film is an adaptation of Stephen King’s novel of the same name. The previous adaptation of the film took place in 1987 and presented Arnold Schwarzenegger in mind. Now Schwarzenegger is underlying for Glen Powell, who joins Josh Brolin, Michael Cera and Colman Domingo on the screen.

Now Paramount Pictures has revealed the trailer to The racing man. The trailer opens by revealing the protagonist Ben Richards and the difficult life circumstances in which it was put. Unemployed, he has trouble supporting his family, including his child who is in a medical crisis.

Consequently, Ben decides to participate in a deadly contest of the game show entitled The Running Man, where candidates must survive for 30 days while the wages of the country hunt them to kill them. While entering the games, Powell is seen running for his life as he tries to avoid death.
