Recipe for chocolate chocolate chocolate cream (Dairy Free & Paleo)

Who does not like ice cream with a hot summer day? Even if you avoid dairy products, there is no reason to miss! I first learned to make homemade ice when we avoid dairy products for my son years ago. Even if I added dairy products in my diet, this recipe for ice cream with chocolate chocolate chocolate without dairy products is always a favorite of the family.
This mint chocolate ice cream draws its creamy coconut milk and avocado. Since the ice cream has been on our list of summer buckets, I have been happy to have a recipe for ice cream full of nutrients and healthy fats for children.

Instead of whipping cream or thick cream, this mint mint ice cream obtains its creamy avocados.
Avocats have such a soft taste and a creamy texture that they are perfect for desserts. I have already used them in cucumber lime vegetable smoothies and real food shakes. Whenever I find a good deal on lawyers, I know it’s time to refuel and to mint chocolate ice cream (and perhaps also avocado brownies).
Another reason why avocados operate so well for ice cream with chocolate chocolate chips is the light green color that they add naturally. It is not shiny like the green food coloring found in the versions purchased in stores (which is probably a good thing!).

To make the ice cream, I reduce all puree, except the chocolate chips together in a mixer, then I pour it into the ice manufacturer. I add the chocolate chips once it begins to thicken. If you do not have an ice cream manufacturer, you can freeze it without one, just stir it from time to time until it thickens.
You can use semi-sucking chocolate chips or dark chocolate for that. You can even use a minced chocolate bar. The small pieces of chocolate add a beautiful crisp texture the smooth ice cream. I always opt for darker chocolate because it has more health benefits and fewer additives.
This homemade version jumps for granular sugar and uses a touch of raw honey instead to soften. You can even make your own mint extract with a cool mint to add to that.

Make ice cream with chocolate chocolate chocolate without dairy products with coconut milk, avocado and honey.

Place all the ingredients with the exception of chocolate chips in a mixer and puree until smooth consistency.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream manufacturer and built until thickened.

Add the chocolate chips and baratter for 2 more minutes.

The ice cream will be a very soft texture at this stage. You can either serve immediately as a soft tightening, or pour into a bowl without freezer and freeze until it is ready to use.

Let describe at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
